This year’s Franchise Expo Paris, one of the largest franchising fairs in the world, is scheduled to take place from March 16th to 18th. Once again, Franchising Brasil — the sector’s internationalization program carried out through a partnership between the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) and the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) — will be present at the event, accompanying nine companies, in addition to promoting an exclusive 48m² stand in pavilion 1 of Porte de Versailles, the space that will host the event.

The delegation includes franchisors Adélia Mendonça, Amazone Açaí, Biomagistral, Casa do Construtor, Chilli Beans, Doutor Sofá, Kekala, Tropicool, and Consultoria Central de Franquias e Negócios. In addition to participating in the fair, on March 15th the brands are scheduled to visit the Brazilian embassy in Paris for a meeting with the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in France, followed by a visit to the operation of the chocolate chain Fauchon Paris and a visit to the Adopt – Les Halles cosmetics and perfumery chain store. The agenda takes place in collaboration with the Embassy’s Commercial Promotion Sector.

Franchise Expo Paris is held annually and is an international fair that brings together franchisor companies and potential investors interested in entering the franchise market. During the event, participants can find out about the business opportunities offered by the brands present, in addition to participating in lectures, workshops and other activities related to franchising.

In the last edition of the event, in March 2023, nine Brazilian brands were present: Amazone Açaí, Biomagistral, Emporium da Beleza, Global Franchise, Lug’s, MFD Foods, School of Rock, Hospital Popular Veterinário and The Waffle King. The companies completed an extensive agenda of business rounds, B2B meetings and meetings with potential investors and local suppliers. Participation resulted in USD 1,380,000.00 in expected new business for the following months.

“Participating in Franchise Expo Paris is a unique opportunity for Brazilian brands to expand their international presence and establish valuable connections with potential investors and strategic partners”, says Bruno Amado, executive manager of Franchising Brasil. “We are confident that Brazilian participation will be a reflection of the quality and diversity of our franchises, showing the world the potential of the Brazilian franchising market”.
