Multi-Unit Franchising Conference 2023 generates more than USD 300 thousand for delegation made up of Brazilian companies

The 22nd edition of the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference, held in Las Vegas between April 25th and 28th, has so far resulted in more than USD 300,000 (among confirmed and expected business) for the delegation made up of Brazilian companies supported by Franchising Brasil — the result of a partnership between the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) and the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF).

In this year’s edition, Sobrancelhas Design, Hot n’ Tender and The Waffle Kingg brands represented Brazil in one of the main events in the franchising sector. Besides the opportunity to present their chains at an exclusive booth, the executives also visited the local franchisors Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop and Hand & Stone. The Brazilian delegation also participated in workshops and attended lectures with relevant figures in global franchising during the event.

Bruno Amado, Franchising Brasil’s executive manager, highlighted the importance of Brazil ‘s participation in the event: “The United States is one of the main destinations for Brazilian franchises in their international expansion plan. During this edition of the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference, besides the opportunity to update themselves on the sector’s trends and challenges, our participants were also able to present their brand’s competitive advantages to potential new franchisees and even commercial partners interested in what we have to offer”.
