A group of seven Brazilian entrepreneurs is already set for another mission supported by Franchising Brasil — the result of a partnership between the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) and the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF). The commercial trip will explore two markets with geographic proximity and less competition: Paraguay and Bolivia.

Representatives of Needle Express, Bioflora, Chiquinho Ice Cream, Espaçolaser, Reino Rural, Eyebrow Design and Zé Chopp are part of the mission group, carried out by ApexBrasil. The purpose of the action is to increase Brazil’s commercial presence in South America. Today, there are 23 Brazilian brands operating 43 units in the Bolivian market and 34 brands with 111 operations in Paraguay.

Bruno Amado, Franchising Brasil’s Executive Manager, could not be more excited about the Brazilian participation: “Paraguay and Bolivia are Latin American countries close to Brazil, with many opportunities to be captured, in addition to customs and cultures not far from ours. This action will certainly yield great results for Brazilian brands”, he quotes with optimism.

The executive manager also adds: “This is an excellent opportunity to expand to nearby countries, with a lot to explore, less competitors and a simplified tax system”.
