Completing six days of activities, the Brazilian delegation visits the Potbelly Sandwich Shop and receives a lecture from a Technomic.

This Tuesday (23rd), the ABF Group concluded its international mission to the 2017 NRA Show. In the morning, the delegation from the entity made another technical visit, this time to the headquarters and one of the units of the Potbelly Sandwich Shop.

The group was received by the senior vice-president, Matt Revord, who presented data and an overview of the network. With a history of 40 years, the franchise amasses fans in the United States due to combining product, people and place in a unique way. The sandwiches are customized and served fast in shops with live music and vintage decoration inspired in the neighborhoods in which they are located.

In a gesture of thanks for the company’s receptiveness, the president of ABF, Altino Cristofoletti Junior, presented a plaque in honor of the executive. The occasion was honored by Debra Rogers, senior expert in international trade of the US Commercial Service in Chicago.

In the afternoon, the mission’s traditional closing meeting included a lecture from Technomic, given by Erik Thoresen and Ann Hufford. The company specializes in researches and strategic consultancy in the food service.
