CleanNew is one of the largest upholstery cleaning and shielding company in Latin America. With only five years of operation, the brand participating in Franchising Brasil — the result of a partnership between ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and ABF (Brazilian Franchising Association) — is already reference in the segment and has operations in Brazil, the United States, Spain, Colombia and Argentina.

Now, the chain wants to take even bolder steps in 2022, such as the opening of twelve more units in Brazil and ten more abroad. In addition to starting operations in Europe, through two units in Spain, and also planning the opening of the first operation in Dubai. “We are starting our international operation in the European market and in the United Arab Emirates, which is our focus for this year,” says Fritz Paixão, CleanNew’s CEO, optimistically.

Going against the grain of most businesses during the pandemic, the group knew how to reinvent itself in the challenging period. In 2021 alone, it grew by about 50%. It was in this interval that the brand turned obstacles into an opportunity to innovate, achieving substantial growth, not only in Brazil but abroad, and being able to make new investments, including its own headquarters. The network opened its new headquarters in the state of São Paulo, aiming to facilitate the entire process of national and international expansion.

“During the pandemic, we saw all our franchises close due to the impossibility of serving customers, especially within the condominiums, which guarantee 90% of our billing. With that in mind, we had to reinvent ourselves and launched a new service called sanitization. We adapted to what we were already using and started serving the public again”, explains Fritz.

Also, according to Fritz, the phase and the new services also served to strengthen the company’s relationships with partners, such as shopkeepers, offices, etc. CleanNew started to offer its sanitization works in these places and, in this way, customers who frequented these spaces began to feel more confident when arriving at these places.

Fritz is very proud of the company and insists that the brand’s biggest competitive differentiator is the CleanNew team members, who guarantee exceptional service to all customers, every day. “The people who are part of the company are seriously committed to the results and goals we have to meet. We have a management focused on serving, not only the public, but motivating people within the company”, he concludes.
