Brazil will be at the Franchise Expo Paris 2023 with a delegation of nine companies

This year’s edition of Franchise Expo Paris, one of the largest franchising fairs in the world, is scheduled to take place between March 19th and 22nd. Once again, Franchising Brasil — the result of a partnership between the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) and the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) — will attend the event, with the presence of nine Brazilian companies this time.

The delegation includes the Amazone Açaí, BiomagistralEmporium da Beleza, Global Franchise, Lug’s, MFD Foods, School of Rock, Hospital Popular Veterinário and The Waffle King franchises. In addition to participating in the fair, the brands will have a meeting with the French Federation of Franchises and a meeting at the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in France that will address financial and legal matters. Technical visits to the local franchises Jeff de Bruges, Guinot and Mary Cohr will end the March 23 agenda.

Franchise Expo Paris, which takes place every year,  is an international fair that gathers franchising companies and potential investors interested in entering the franchising market. During the event, participants can learn about the business opportunities offered by the attending brands, in addition to joining lectures, workshops and other activities related to franchising.

In the event’s last edition, which was held in March 2022, fifteen Brazilian brands were present at the fair. The companies completed an extensive agenda of business roundtables, B2B meetings and encounters with potential investors and local suppliers. The Brazilian participation in the fair resulted in 95 new commercial contacts and an expectation of USD 340,000 in business for the next following months.

“Franchise Expo Paris is an important opportunity for those who want to expand their business through the franchising system or for investors who want to start a new venture. With such a diverse brand delegation, we are confident that the quality of Brazilian franchises will be very well represented in this year’s edition”, says Bruno Amado, executive manager of Franchising Brasil.
